Dear friends! Herewith we present our new informational project:
Russian Toy Database
((toy-terrier, Moscow long-haired toy-terrier, Russian toy-terrier)
on toy.RUSDOG.ru
Opening date.
May 11 of the year 2007.
The Database possibilities.
The list of dogs, kennels and towns.
Automatic addition and change of the data (pedigrees' generating).
Virtual pairs' pick up.
The full info about each dog (date of birth, tattoo, the owner's and breeder's addresses, number and contents of the pedigree, photos, titles, exterior measures, experts' description, offspring, litter mates, half siblings).
Search by the name of the dog, sex, type of coat, color, date of birth, breeder, owner, residence, date of info entry and change.
Database extracts by built-up area, kennel, producer, year of birth.
Breeders may use the Database as their own herd-book, make extracts by the name of their kennel.

Terms of placing your info in the Database
All info is placed and renewed free of charge.
For adding into the Database we need a copy of the dog's pedigree. Info about Russian toys which were born after RKF creation is accepted only from the official RKF and FCI documents.
Images of a pedigree and certificates are held in the toy.RUSDOG.ru archive as the proof of the info origin..

Attention of dog owners!
- We strongly recommend you to check all info after its placement in the Database. Please give us know about all mistakes or inaccuracy immediately.
- - We suggest all participants to watch all additions of your info and write about it on the toy.RUSDOG.ru forum (in a special topic ''Database Work'', better giving the direct link.
In this topic you can also discuss different news (f.e. somebody has found info about the date of famous dog death, the appropriate info was added - and in the News you can immediately see the notice). Unfortunately, editors are very busy with filling of the Database and have no time for making such News section.
Pedigrees, certificates and photos.
Pedigrees and certificates may be accepted in copies, scans and photos (good definition).
Quality of photos must be high enough.
You may place up to 4 photos for each dog. It is desirable to name the photo's author. Please give info to the file as follows:
Name of the dog_pedigree
Name of the dog_photo
Name of the dog_description
We thank you for considerable saving of our time.
Descriptions and measures.
In the Database we have functions named Experts' descriptions and Exterior Measures.
We publish descriptions only from scans/photos of official description documents.
According to the editors' common decision we give preference to descriptions made at specialties.
Necessarily write additionally info about the show, it may be done in handwriting on the description form (before scanning).
Please attach to the scan the taped text of the description.

Our earnest request!
Please let us know about all marked mistakes and misprints.
F.e., if a butch is called a male, wrong name of the dog, city, owner or color; or two dogs with identical names are mixed up, and so on.
Please let us know about all artifacts f.e. the offspring turns out to be older than his ancestor.
Please give us more precise definitions - dates of burth, death, change of owner, tattoo's number.
